Privacy Policy

This page explains what information the Epoxy Flooring Surrey website collects when you send an estimate request and how it is used. It is a plain-language summary and may be updated as the business and its tools change.

What we collect

When you submit a form we receive the details you type in: project type, approximate size, postal code, current floor condition, desired timing, your name, your phone number or email address and any photos you attach. Our server also records the date and time of the request, the page it was sent from and, if present in the link you used, campaign parameters (UTM tags). A hidden anti-spam field and a short-term count of requests per connection are used to block automated abuse.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to your request, prepare an estimate and follow up about your project. We do not sell it. Requests are not used for advertising profiles.

Who sees it

Your request is delivered to the business by email and stored on the website server. It may pass through our hosting and email providers only as needed to deliver and store it.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not set advertising cookies. If measurement tools are added later, this page will be updated and any required consent will be requested first.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you, or to have a request deleted, email us at info@epoxyflooringsurrey.ca.
